Prenatal Yoga

In this class we’ll apply postures, breathing, and meditation to help soothe the challenges of pregnancy. This class prepares expectant mothers for delivery and postpartum recovery. Yoga has been shown to help alleviate many of the common complaints that occur during pregnancy such as: heartburn, swelling, and low back pain. Connect with other mothers and tap into awareness and joy during the journey through pregnancy.

Postnatal Yoga

This gentle restorative based class will help guide you in your physical recovery after childbirth, relieve aches and pains from feeding and holding and give you time and space for some self care. We focus on gentle movements, body awareness, meditation, and rest.

Restorative Yoga for Parents

1.5 hours of pure, quiet, uninterrupted bliss. 3-5 supportive postures held for a longer period of time to help calm the nervous system because parents need naps too!
