Joplin February Childbirth Class with Jay

Over the course of the 4 hours, participants will learn about the birth process, including the stages of labor and what to expect during each stage. They will also learn about their birthing rights and how to create a birth plan that reflects their individual preferences and needs.

The classes will cover coping techniques and pain management strategies, including both non-medical and medical options, so that participants can make informed choices about their care during labor and birth.

In addition, the series will provide in-depth information about interventions that may be offered during labor and birth, including the benefits and risks of each option. This information will empower participants to make informed decisions about their care and advocate for themselves during the birth process.

Finally, the series will prepare participants for the postpartum period, including what to expect physically and emotionally, and how to best care for themselves and their baby during this important time.

Overall, Flourishing Families is a comprehensive and empowering childbirth education series that provides expectant parents with the knowledge and skills they need to approach their birth experience with confidence and clarity.
